About the Client

72 Club is a private golf and lifestyle club based in Mexico City, built around a simple but radical premise: 72 founders, curated access, and experiences designed for the people who understand that connection is the real luxury. Their flagship event, the 72 Open CDMX Founders Edition, takes place at Bosque Real Country Club — on a course designed by Robert Von Hagge & Jack Nicklaus — combining a Stroke Play tournament with a full day of curated hospitality unlike anything else in the market.

We needed to build their entire brand presence, digital ecosystem, and sales funnel simultaneously — while maintaining the air of exclusivity that makes the club desirable. Full visual identity system: logo, color palette, typography, tone of voice. The 72 Club brand communicates elegance, discretion, and membership — never mass appeal. Every asset was built to feel like it belongs in a private club, not a social media feed.

Custom website at 72club.mx — built for conversion and exclusivity simultaneously. Landing pages for each event edition, checkout flow, lead capture, and confirmation sequences. The site communicates scarcity and desirability at every scroll.

Meta Ads & Paid Media

Full Meta Ads strategy targeting founders, C-suite executives, and high-net-worth individuals in Mexico City and major Latin American markets. Carousel campaigns, video ads, and retargeting sequences built to qualify leads before they ever clicked.

End-to-end email architecture via Flodesk — from first touch to seat confirmation. Sequences signed by "Sofía A." for a warm, personal tone. Follow-ups, scarcity sequences, and post-purchase confirmation all designed to maintain the 72 brand experience through every message.

Complete architecture of the 72 Open CDMX experience — from the AM Lounge at Hole 18 to the 72 House closing gala "El Arte de Conectar." Signage for every touchpoint: holes 2, 7, 9, the lounge, merch store, and 72 House stations. Welcome kit design: toalla, bolas, tees, guante, tarjeta NFC de acceso.

WhatsApp & Lead Management

Multi-channel lead management system combining Meta Ads leads with WhatsApp outreach sequences. Personalized follow-up paths for 37+ tracked active leads, managed with narrative precision to move founders from interest to confirmed seat.
