The Challenge
When we joined Korn Group, the company had a strong product vision but lacked a cohesive marketing structure. Their brand identity existed, but it wasn't clearly communicated, and digital efforts were fragmented. Our challenge was to build an integrated marketing ecosystem connecting sales, creative, and digital strategy — and reposition the Morph brand as a unified luxury concept across all Colombian cities.
