Korn Group is one of Colombia's largest and most competitive real estate developers, specializing in luxury and touristic housing projects, with expansion into social housing under the brand Casa Concreto. Between 2018 and 2024, Sebgency served as Korn Group's Marketing Director and Brand Consultant, leading their creative, strategic, and commercial evolution across six cities.

Morph — architectural composition

The Challenge

A strong product. A fragmented brand.

When we joined Korn Group, the company had a strong product vision but lacked a cohesive marketing structure. Their brand identity existed, but it wasn't clearly communicated, and digital efforts were fragmented. Our challenge was to build an integrated marketing ecosystem connecting sales, creative, and digital strategy — and reposition the Morph brand as a unified luxury concept across all Colombian cities.

What We Did

Four pillars. One unified system.

We restructured the Morph brand from scattered subprojects (La Primera, Urban K) into a single elevated identity — Morph — with a clear communication language, consistent tone of voice, and a full brand system: color and typographic system, taglines, brand manuals, stationery, brochures, banners, and large-scale airport signage.

We designed a multichannel marketing structure combining digital precision with human experience: custom websites (staymorph.com, morphmedellin.com, morphlalinde.com, vivemacondo.com), CRM and automation systems with Notion, HubSpot and Zapier, lead nurturing generating 3,500–5,000 leads per month, and full paid media management on Meta and Google Ads.

We built a full-scale audiovisual production team: 3D renders, architectural visualizations, virtual tours, lifestyle photography, cinematic video production, drone footage, and influencer marketing with Wingwood, Airbnb, and Booking.com for touristic positioning.

Personalized apartment selectors, digital brochures with QR-integrated experiences, high-conversion landing pages, WhatsApp automation for lead capture, and full coordination between creative and commercial teams to streamline communication.
